Konts → Dzēst kontu → apstiprini.
Dzēšana neatgriezeniski noņem jūsu personas datus — vārdu, e-pasta adresi, paroli un Apple vai Google pieslēgšanos —, izbeidz visas sesijas un pārtrauc paziņojumus uz jūsu ierīcēm.
Vienlaikus tiek noņemta jūsu piekļuve visām mājām, kurām sekojāt. Māja, kurai ir citi dalībnieki, netiek dzēsta, un tās vēsture paliek, jo to joprojām redz citi ģimenes locekļi. Ja bijāt tās vienīgais īpašnieks, īpašumtiesības pāriet tam dalībniekam, kurš mājai pievienojies visagrāk.
Māja, kurai citu dalībnieku nav, tiek slēgta: tās ierīce tiek atsaistīta, un tās vēsture (notikumi, mērījumi un paziņojumi) tiek neatgriezeniski dzēsta pēc 30 dienām.

Ja vairs nevari piekļūt lietotnei, raksti uz info@touchseen.eu no sava konta e-pasta adreses, un mēs izdzēsīsim kontu un ar to saistītos personas datus.
Kas tiek saglabāts
- Konta ieraksts paliek anonimizēts — bez vārda un bez e-pasta adreses —, jo uz to atsaucas trauksmju žurnāls.
- Mājām, kurām ir citi dalībnieki, vēsture tiek saglabāta. Uzskaite par nosūtītajiem paziņojumiem (piemēram, ka SOS tika nosūtīts) paliek mājas vēsturē bez jūsu personas datiem.
- Datu bāzes rezerves kopijas glabājas 14 dienas, tāpēc dzēstie dati izzūd arī no tām ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā.
- E-pasta adrese atbrīvojas: ar to var reģistrēt jaunu, ar iepriekšējo nesaistītu kontu.

In the app: Account → Delete account → confirm. Deletion permanently removes your personal data — name, email address, password and any Apple or Google sign-in — ends every session and stops notifications to your devices.
It also removes your access to every home you followed. A home with other members is not deleted, and its history stays, because other family members still see it. If you were its only owner, ownership passes to the member who joined the home first.
A home with no other members is closed: its device is unlinked, and its history (events, measurements and notifications) is permanently deleted after 30 days.
Without the app: if you can no longer reach the app, write to info@touchseen.eu from your account's email address and we will delete the account and the personal data associated with it.
What is kept: the account record remains in anonymised form — no name, no email address — because the alert log refers to it; for homes with other members, the history is kept, and the record of notifications sent (for example, that an SOS was sent) stays in it without your personal data; database backups are held for 14 days, so deleted data disappears from those within 14 days as well. The email address is freed and can be used to register a new, unrelated account.
